Nie liczy średniej ceny zakupu, masz 1000 coinów kupionych po np 1$ i dokupisz kolejny 1000 to pokazuje że masz zysk 100% bo wczoraj miałeś 1000 a dzisiaj 2000 coinów i pokazuje to jako Twój zarobek 🤦🏼♂️ bezużyteczne. Plus, że są konkurencyjne opłaty i można wysyłać na wallet i z powrotem. Teraz giełd jest dużo a Ci zostają z tyłu

Customer services take too long to reply to your Queries
Made a wire deposit in December, still has not been processed
I made a wire transfer to Bitstamp on December 16. As of today, more than two months later, the funds have still not been credited to my account.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to receive the same generic response: “The matter has been escalated to the appropriate department and is being worked on with great care and urgency.” There has been no meaningful update, no timeline for resolution, and no accountability.
This is not a minor delay — this is a large wire transfer that has effectively been in limbo for over 60 days. For a financial institution handling customer funds, this level of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I expected professionalism, communication, and urgency when dealing with significant sums of money. Instead, I’ve experienced repeated scripted responses and zero progress.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate formally through my bank and pursue further action.

Support + Staking
Der Support ist seit der Übernahme durch Robinhood ziemlich schlecht geworden. Und Staking von ETH dauert Wochen, während die Token blockiert sind und nicht im Portfolio erscheinen. Läuft das bei der Zielgruppe der institutionellen Anleger gleich schlecht?!
