Glitchy and poor audio functionality
I use this app for working remote. If you use any kind of wireless Bluetooth headphones, good luck. The app will jump from headphones to phone audio to speakerphone mid-call with no apparent rhyme or reason. It will show that my Bluetooth headphones are connected but when I answer the call I hear nothing, then will realize that it defaulted to phone audio; it then takes anywhere from 3-5+ attempts to switch the call back to headphones. There is a pretty significant lag when you first answer a call as well….usually takes 2 or 3 “hello?”s before the other person can hear you, and vice versa. I really wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Very frustrating to use.

This app has it all - voice, video, texting file & screen sharing from any of my devices including a web browser. Collaborating with my colleagues and business partners is easy and doesn’t require a monthly subscription per user.

Terrible, drops calls, speaker turns on randomly, microphone turns off randomly
Unreliable worst soft phone app
It lags when typing in a phone number, I don’t have a park option even though I’ve asked for one, and when I’m on a call and a new call comes through it freezes my phone and disconnects the call.
