Easy to use and honestly so worth it
This app is just amazing. Set up your profile and wait for the claims and offers to show up. That’s how easy it is. Yes it’s a waiting game, but honestly it’s worth it. It’s free stuff for an honest review and kind of became a hobby to review products.
Time waster
Filled out their extensive questions, connected my socials and waited a week but got absolutely nothing. Apparently they want you to review items on your own first which is complete bs. I’m giving you my personal info you might as well give me SOMETHING for it!
Great App That Keeps Improving
I have been using Influenster for nearly a decade and the app has improved so much over the years. It occasionally has bugs, but they are always fixed.
Gone downhill
As of the early 2026 update this has gone completely downhill. You barely get any claims, and when you do, they’re stuck in your tasks forever. I have many things that just never sent, so many app bugs. Constant locked tasks showing over due. Completely downhill and not the great experience it was for the last 8 years or so

Auto-rejecting posts
I used to love this review site, but recently they have been rejecting my instagram posts over and over and over again for the same product. They falsely claim that photos that I took myself and have all of the metadata for are AI generated when I just used a standard Instagram filter on the photos. Whatever their rejection system is now, it keeps rejecting legitimate content that we create ourselves and it’s wasting a lot of my time and energy all for some cheap five dollar item that wasn’t even worth it to begin with. I can’t even get a real person to respond to me. They just auto reply. This is so frustrating.

Nothing short of Amazing!
This app blows away any other app on the App Store. It gives you free things just to get your honest opinion. I’ve had the app for over 4 years and the app has influenced by buying decisions so much and I’m so grateful for it! Keep up the great work Influenster!
Don’t even bother
Listen, you know signing up for this that it’s just to collect and sell your data. But you at least do so with the promise of free products to review. It’s been a month, and I’ve been offered cheese once. That’s it. If I could go back in time and tell myself to not bother with this app, I would absolutely do so. I would only recommend this app to my enemies.

This App is a SCAM
This App is a SCAM. They require you to input all kinds of personal information and they give you nothing in exchange. They promise they will give you products to test and write reviews about, but their algorithms are faulty and they do not give you any of the free products they promise. Also, the organization is not staffed by human beings, but by bots and the bots cannot deal with their algorithm errors.

Would be great if it ever worked
They must be paying for 5 star reviews bc this is the most glitchy app I’ve ever used. Not to say that you shouldn’t download it, bc when it occasionally actually works- free stuff!! But seriously please fix the bugs it just deletes all my information constantly
I just love influenster
I love trying products that I normally wouldn’t purchase! I’ve been on a slump lately and don’t receive many products anymore but when I did, it was so fun! Highly recommend trying it out
Was perfect
This WAS the most epic perfect amazing app ever created until very recently. Updates started taking place in late February that totally killed the level of greatness it was on. The customer service for this highly technical of an app is shockingly horrible. One sad issue I’ve experienced too is that the algorithm now limits you so badly into categories of claims that it all but stops branching out of altogether. I’ve somehow ended up on the small home chore and cleaning items end of things and pretty much completely lost any and all claim opportunities for fragrance, makeup, furniture or appliances…which is so frustrating! Without variation doesn’t that negate the purpose of being exposed to new products? So many friends in the community receive ONLY furniture appliances and beauty every single time and I don’t know how but I’ve barred myself out of that side of things even though I spend all my money on luxury beauty and appliances. There’s now an 8 program limit as per the updates, (unofficially but user verified) on the dashboard now and the program offers are soooo few and far between compared to the way the app was pre-updates. Plus people are getting multiple same $$$ appliance offers (duplicate exact same product) when others aren’t getting any at all. This app is still very good but if I started today I don’t know if I’d be motivated to drum up the same amount of reviews necessary to start getting claims. Not what it used to be.

Lack of Support for Several Months
I would like to share my experience in the hope of finally receiving assistance from the team.
I am a beginner content creator, and I appreciate the concept of this platform, which offers great opportunities for small influencers. However, I have been experiencing a significant issue with my account for several months.
I received products as part of campaigns, but I no longer have access to the information needed to publish my content (briefs, hashtags, guidelines, etc.). In addition, my app shows that all my campaigns are completed, even though some are still awaiting validation.
I have tried contacting support numerous times through the app, by email, and on Instagram, but I have not received a clear response or a solution to my problem. Meanwhile, I continue to receive automatic reminders asking me to submit reviews and content for these campaigns.
I simply want to fulfill my commitments and publish the requested content, but without access to the necessary information or support assistance, this has become impossible.
I hope this review will allow someone from the team to get in touch with me so that this situation can be resolved. I remain available and willing to cooperate in order to regularize my account.

Used to be amazing
Sigh. I love the programs, I loved the app and now it isn’t working for me. I have tried to get help numerous times just to have something copy and pasted that I’ve already tried to do.
