Terrible App
This app is horrendous. Not intuitive at all. Hard to use. Too many different useless rabbit holes to go down. The app always has bugs. Hate hate hate LOATHE entirely.

Can’t filter units or see where colleagues are working anymore, when previously you could
Sooo many glitches, tabs don’t load
So many of the tabs, drop down menus don’t load - refreshing the page a billion times and clearing cache doesn’t even help. Logging into it on the actual website is just as useless

Never works, so many bugs, if your business requires use of this app you hate your employees
App issues with signing in
Logs me out, then won’t take my sign in credentials. Removed app many times, updated phone, shut phone off, downloaded app again, still won’t let me sign in. Please fix your app issues. Ridiculous as we need a decent app for scheduling

If you're lucky, you can log in but beyond that the app is entirely useless.
Proof a company hates its people
Corporate meeting with Infor
CORP: Our current software lets employees see their shifts month- or week-at-a-glance. It’s also color coded so they can see trades shifts vs assigned shifts.
Infor: They won’t be able to do that with us
Corp: Will they be able to split their shift and post both parts at once to trade?
Infor: Yes…they’ll have to post part of the shift, wait for it to get picked up. THEN, they can post the second part and hope someone takes it.
Corp: When they want to pickup hours from a Tradeboard, will they be able to quickly see on one screen what’s available?
INFOR: Yes but they’ll only be able to see like 3 or 4 slots on a typical mobile and they’ll have to scroll and scroll until they find something. Also, about a month after implementation that functionality will completely disappear for no explicable reason and days will go by without anyone saying anything, knowing anything or having an idea how it will get fixed.
Corp: That sounds like employees who rely on the flexibility of changing schedules will be screwed. Morale will tank, our customers will sense something is wrong and everything will be worse than it needs to be. BONIS!
Corp: Our current software is integrated into our employee portal so they can do various things in one place.
Infor: ours is yet another app that they’ll have to install. it would be glitchy AF and need constant updating, but will not perform any better. It also will not include information about sick time, vacation, time, or attendance ratings
Corp: Is Infor custom-tailored to my industry, better, and cheaper?

Update needed!!
Update badly needed!! App won’t load half the time, please over haul

We have to use this for work. We have to log in, every day (even days off) to approve hours we work or don’t work. What is the point of using a time clock if we have to do this?? The app is NOT user friendly; you have to click different things to get to get to the approval of timesheets and nothing is clearcut. We had to do a mandatory tutorial to learn how to use the app, yet many, many people still didn’t understand the expectations: ie-you don’t get a paycheck, if you forget to check your punches. This shouldn’t, and can’t be, legal. Why do we even punch in or out on a time clock if we still have to use this app. The whole thing seems like a whole new way for cooperate to screw us.

Please delete this app from existence
In my 10+ years of having a smartphone, this has to be the most horrible, ineffective app that I have ever downloaded. Takes forever to search through so many employees because their search engine doesn’t even work. And then when you finally do find them, it takes HOURS for them to receive the message for a shift trade. I haven’t met a co worker that says this app has been better than what we used to have. Please delete this app from existence. It’s so horrible.

Fix the time clock errors
The amount of notifications for “missed” clocks is so annoying. Please fix it. Even when we all are clocking in and out as we are supposed to WFM always gives errors saying “missing clocks on a scheduled day” even when there is clearly a clock in time and a clock out time. Idk if it’s bc we are allowed to clock in 6 minutes early and it’s getting mad you aren’t clocking in right at, say, 7am. But it always shows these warnings, clogs up in the inbox when wanna accept a switch or see if a day off got approved etc. would be very nice if you guys can fix these issues on your end.

Terrible UI
I hate this app with a passion. I have to click through every day ten times to see what I missed. It should say “approved” or “pending approval” so that I know what I’ve already approved. There’s no way to say I didn’t take a meal break so I have to reject it and then my manager edit it. I can’t add in my remote hours as the day goes on, I have to wait till the end of the day or else cancel and resubmit everything. Why do I have to put a comment for clocking on AND off? Why does on and off have to be entered separately? It should be one step. It’s so stupid. It’s so tedious. It doesn’t show my total hours for the week. I hate switching back and forth to punches and time sheet to see if my punches were approved yet.

Not user friendly
The log in is so confusing to begin with and each tab is another mess waiting to happen.
Has potential but mostly a frustration
When I first started using the app, it had many helpful features that I was happy to have access to when not on my workplace ethernet. However, as time goes on, I find that the app allows me less and less access to those features. Used to be able to attest my time remotely at the start of each week (very handy for a PRN employee) but now when I try to do that, I'm just met with a blank screen or a screen that blinks then takes me to a different page. Recently, the same thing started happening when I tried to view my timesheet - can no longer be done in the app. I can still see my paycheck (for now) but I wouldn't be surprised if access to this in the app is also gone someday. Signing in on the app is a little like playing Russian roulette - most of the time it takes me in right away, but without fail when I'm running late already, it will tell me that I have been signed out and need to sign back in a complicated long process before I'm able to sign in on the punch clock. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to when the app decided to sign me out (there's no message explaining "it's been 30 days" - just "your login has expired). Lately the desktop version has started doing the same thing!! It's very frustrating when you're trying to login in a timely fashion. The app does have good bookmark features, which is fortunate because once I find something, it's very hard to find my way back to it without a bookmark. This app has a lot of potential to be useful, but it seems to be getting less and less so over time.

I hate this app
I had to download this app for my job six months ago and I’ve hated it from the start. It takes a SOLID five minutes to load the “Infor WFM” screen. And then if you’ve been offline for a while having the app in the background then it makes you sign OUT and start the whole process all over again. Plus side is this app is how I make my overtime :) But I still hate this app

Please improve
This app is essentially their webpage accessed through the app. It’s difficult to navigate and very clunky. Their WFM is horrible - salaried employees have to approve time a day at a time, including weekends…why? It makes no sense. Infor is the worse time system I’ve ever used.
