So far so good using this app with iOS 14.4.2.

I used to like this app, but I haven’t used it for a long time. It crashed, so I reinstalled, and it still crashes. I can’t use it.

After upgrading to the latest iOS, the app now crashes when I try to log in.
Danger! No anonymity or accountability
Avoid if you value your privacy. There is no method to remain anonymous while submiting an issue, putting you in danger of retaliation. Also the city only responds to what it wants and deletes everything else with no explanation. Favoritism is rampant due to lack of accountability.
OK, but slow; no iPad version
Takes 10-15 seconds to load each screen.
City is Dismissive
App works fine, but San Carlos dismissed my traffic problem without even checking it out.
