On a more serious note, we also have a new feature to rescue you in case of fraud. Find it in Mai multe – Securitate si login, but please only use it if you actually suspect fraudulent activity in Home’Bank, because it blocks e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g.

Aplicatie invechita si cu erori

Deseori pica aplicatia cand tie lumea mai draga. Trebuie sa stergi si sa o reinstalezi. Cand stergi dispozitivul de incredere nu te intreaba: ba prostule, daca faci asta nu vei mai primi notificari pe noul dispozitiv pana nu stergi din vechiul dispozitiv. Ghici ce, vechiul si noul este acelasi dispozitiv si degeaba spare notificarea activata ca nu mai functioneaza. Nici sa o dezactivezi/reactivezi nu merge.
Nu are modul intunecat iar angajatii de la call center te iau la per tu de parca esti neam cu ei sau esti prieteni cu ei….lipsa de politete crasa.

What can I do with the ING HomeBank app?

The ING HomeBank app allows you to manage your finances conveniently. You can open online current accounts, apply for personal loans, credit cards, and overdrafts, and simulate mortgage loan eligibility. It also enables you to manage term deposits, savings accounts, and invest in mutual funds.

How do I log in securely to the app?

The app offers secure login options including fingerprint or facial authentication once your device is registered as trusted. You can also authenticate without an SMS code after initial setup. Push notifications are provided for 3D secure payments and all account operations.

What payment options are available?

You have multiple payment options including Alias Pay (using phone numbers), mobile payments via Apple Pay, paying invoices with the Scan&Pay option, and instant RON transfers to other banks in Romania. You can also send payment requests to friends directly from your phonebook.
