Aplicatie invechita si cu erori
Deseori pica aplicatia cand tie lumea mai draga. Trebuie sa stergi si sa o reinstalezi. Cand stergi dispozitivul de incredere nu te intreaba: ba prostule, daca faci asta nu vei mai primi notificari pe noul dispozitiv pana nu stergi din vechiul dispozitiv. Ghici ce, vechiul si noul este acelasi dispozitiv si degeaba spare notificarea activata ca nu mai functioneaza. Nici sa o dezactivezi/reactivezi nu merge.
Nu are modul intunecat iar angajatii de la call center te iau la per tu de parca esti neam cu ei sau esti prieteni cu ei….lipsa de politete crasa.

never works
out of 3 payments, 2 failed so i had to redo them. Fix the app and fire the developers and their managers

Not great at all
Before I opened an account with ING I was told the app supports English and it doesn’t. So not pleased with service at the bank or the app to be honest.
Bad experience
I opened an account with this bank during a visit to Bucharest. I am a Romanian citizen but permanently live abroad. The branch manager was very polite and helped set everything up quickly.
Unfortunately, I wrote down my password incorrectly during the setup, but I did manage to activate Face ID. When I received my card, I found out that I couldn’t activate it because my app access was blocked.
In the support chat, I was told that an internal ID document is required to unlock access, which I do not have — I only have a passport. When I called the bank, they said the only option is to fly to Bucharest in person to restore access.
Honestly, this feels absurd. In 2025, most banks handle such issues remotely, especially for customers who live abroad.
Please inform customers about these limitations in advance. If I can’t find a solution soon, I will have to close the account.

Aplicația funcționează bine spre foarte bine. Ocazional mai are niște ezitări la logarea în cont. Update-urile frecvente care adaugă funcții sunt binevenite.

Evitați pe cat posibil pentru că vă jecmănește cu comisioane mai mari decât suma plătită
ani mai tarziu tot -1
dupa atata experienta, tot la -1 ati ajuns.. nu stiu cum reusiti dar tineti-o tot inainte sa va goniti clientii vechi! bravo, renuntati la QA, testeaza clientii fraieri!

daca ma intrebati ce merge prost (desi evident), va rog sa faceti un request formal, cu tarif 1000 pe ora!
apropo, doar prin faptul ca imi tineti banii ostatic, va pot da in judecata… si probabil ca voi purcede, ca nu este prima oara!
