I’m never been super into health but this app has been eye-opening to see the kinds of stuff we consume on a daily basis. I’ve also found some incredible products that I never would have found otherwise.
Bonus tip for those following at home - I used this for everything in Japan and it automatically translates everything for you. One of the few apps that I love enough to subscribe to (and write a review! 🤣)

This app is great, i always wonder what the random ingredients are that go into foods. I can now find out if they are healthy or rubbish and avoid eating food with unhealthy or toxic ingredients.
