Great way to keep track of my health!

I needed a way to review my screening, keep track of my activities and have useful information to improve my health!

Too much personal data.

This app wants a TON of personal data like social security, cell phone, address, Doctor etc. I’m not comfortable giving this to my bank, let alone an app.
