I’ve been using INK for years and every time the people I am with on my adventurers get an Ink card, I get a call right away and then we reminisce our adventure all over again.

shipping sucks
I ordered a card for father’s day and it never arrived. They offered to resend it to me and it didn’t arrive again. It sucks because we have our photos on there and a personal message, so it makes me uncomfortable that 2 cards with our faces on it are somewhere random. Also unfortunate that we never got the card for my dad.

Birthday Bear and card
My Granddaughter received her birthday bear and card. She loves it and has not put it down yet . It is so cute and delivery was prompt. Definitely brought a smile to her face .
Not enough multi picture 5+
Disappointing because it is taking me too long to make this Father’s Day card because there are no Great Grandpa cards.
Can’t you have a card that says
GREATEST GREAT GRANDPA on the bottom,
GRANDPA above that
placed in the middle, &
DAD on top & all of that text designed & displayed vertically?
IT IS VERY frustrating being a 3 generation family & NOT being able to just give my Dad his due for being all those to me, my daughter, & my grandson?
Plus the option of taking out
The text on the front of the card & replacing it with a center picture or writing my own text like I just described to replace Ink Cards’ greeting in the middle of a collage picture?
I did a layout like that for my Mom for Mother’s Day from a different Vendor App last year.
It is very dissatisfying & disappointing to use this App for those reasons. I have already spent 2 hours on this & I do not have a Father’s Day card with pictures of his new & only great grandson [16 months old] to put on a card ordered from Ink Cards.
My Dad does NOT live near his great grandson & he can not use virtual tools to see what he looks like & to talk to him.
The ‘magic’ tool for writing text and the AI tool in the App really does not explain well how to get these problems fixed. There is Way Too much assumption on the part of the App designer & the choices for picking and designing text & picture layouts is not self explanatory nor user friendly.🥵

Poor experience. I ordered a card for my wife’s birthday, but she received someone else’s card—a message from a mom to her child. How does that even happen? A customer submits an order, and you send the correct card—it’s that simple. This was a terrible experience, and I want the card I created and paid for to be resent correctly. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t let me purchase
I’ve tried multiple times to purchase cards and they never go through I’ve tried different payment methods and it always says payment failed

App is not scaled for an iPad
While I am happy with the product that Ink Cards delivers in the mail, I for the life of me do not understand why they do not have their app scaled in a manner that properly fits an iPad. Using the iPad app looks and feels just like you are using your phone, in the sense that the screen size that you have to work wth is limited to what you would have if you were writing a card from your phone. Ink Cards does not offer a website where you can draft a card, and they do not provide an app that properly scales to the size of an iPad, both things that most reasonable customers would have assumed they would have addressed years ago.

It was supposed to be free!!! You charged $128.00!!
What are you charging me $128.00 for? This was supposed to be a free card and I should have only been charged $23.00 for the gift. Suddenly I have a charge on my account for $127.56! I did not agree to a subscription! This should be illegal.
Free Offers
I receive free offers and when I tap to open the app I get a notification saying that the offer is only for New customers!!! STOP sending me these messages!!

I ordered a Mother’s Day card and it was not delivered. They said customer service would reach out and mailed another one out.
No contact from customer service and the card is being delivered today, 5/30.

Happy Mail
I love this app and use it to send so much Happy Mail! Literally, hundreds of postcards!! But I’ve given 4 stars, because I preferred when it gave the delivered notification (not just the expected delivery date), because now, you don’t know if it’s received unless you ask the recipient. And the number of orders not being received is increasing, so for $2 a postcard, knowing it’s delivered doesn’t seem like a big thing to ask.
Updated to 2 stars: I always purchase the bundle of credits and then send many cards individually, but the app is now charging $0.20 sales tax per card. There’s no appeal in having 20-40 of those charges to my CC or PP every month. And CS is now an AI chat?? Sadly, after years of being a loyal customer, I’m currently looking for other postcard apps.
