This app makes my life so much easier
I'm so happy I found this app. I'm not very good about sending out thank you cards in a timely manner but I recently used it and got thank you cards out to family and friends just three days after we laid my dad to rest. Sending cards using this app is cheaper and much more convenient than buying a quality card and postage. I've used it before to send birthday cards and each recipient raves about it.

Good but ordering multiples a nightmare
I like the products but why do you make ppl order single items , then pay separate shipping FOR EACH ITEM? I wd like to order item A, add it to the cart, then add item B, maybe item c and add it to the cart, pay ONCE for shipping. But you guys make ppl buy and pay for shipping separately for each item. That is such a scam & fail.

I really enjoyed the app quick and easy when I want to send a nice card to my family and friends!
Good Service
I have used this app for ten years and am happy with the print quality and price. Over 225 post cards sent. The card is usually printed and mailed in 48 hours. Then service depends on the postal service. Great way to send photos to friends and relatives. I order the cards ten days before it needs to arrive.

App Crashes/Won’t Open
I LOVE this app. I’ve been using it to remember to send birthday cards for a few years now. Recently I haven’t been able to open it AT ALL. It immediately crashes. I prepurchased a bunch of cards that I can’t even use now.
App continues to crash
I’ve tried to reach out but I can’t get support unless it’s in the app but the app keeps crashing. When it did work, I loved it!!!

I send one of these Orginials cards about once a week. To family and friends. Best app on my phone!
Great Concept
The delivery time needs addressed. Love the concept and personalization but if and when I am sending a card I have about a week so stopping at the store will ensure it gets there. Guess it depends what’s more important having it arrive on time or it being unique?
This app is riddled with ads and pop ups
Everything else is great. I would suggest they remove the ads and increase the price of sending a card. If you don't select the more expensive options you get a pop up making sure you don't want the most expensive option. I'm finding another service.

Birthday card
Birthday card arrive to working address. Then new one arrived days after birthday and was damaged. Will not use this company in the future.
Wrong message!
The delivery times from this app have been getting longer and longer and the last card had an entirely different message on it than what I wrote! I am never using this app again.
Fun, easy and inexpensive
I’m having fun, sending custom cards to friends and family. It’s very easy to create the card. Choose from available designs. Then upload your photo and type in the greeting text. Then type in the recipients name and address (or import from contacts) and they will handle it from there. There are options for postcards as well as cards inside an envelope they even let you add your actual signature for a personal touch. The only thing I wish is that it provided basic editing inside the tool, like light and contrast and color saturation. But I have learned to edit the photo on my phone before I load it into the app.

I’ve been using INK for years and every time the people I am with on my adventurers get an Ink card, I get a call right away and then we reminisce our adventure all over again.

shipping sucks
I ordered a card for father’s day and it never arrived. They offered to resend it to me and it didn’t arrive again. It sucks because we have our photos on there and a personal message, so it makes me uncomfortable that 2 cards with our faces on it are somewhere random. Also unfortunate that we never got the card for my dad.
