BEST NOTEPAD APP ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS
14 years I have used this app, since 2012 on my Android phone. I never used Apple until a few years ago. Everytime I lost, broke, or traded in my phone. My data on Inkpad, everything I wrote, even since 2012 is still on there. I was always able to log back in so I never lost a single piece of a note/thought/secret/lyric/etc.

🙁
Worked great until I got a lot of data on it and now it won’t open anymore 🙁.
No help
I had been mostly enjoying this app until a month ago when I lost all my information/notes. I emailed customer service several times (because they don't have a phone number) for help trying to restore my lost notes. No reply! Still to this day, no reply. So if you ever need help, be aware you may never hear back from them.

Nice.. i likie:)
Garbage. Better alternatives
They try to shove AI down your throat
I have to login each time I use it on the PC. However, I never have to login when I use it on the phone. Interesting.
The current note moves to the top, which might be a good feature for some… But I prefer things organized, and within my control. This company acts like Apple in which it does not allow you to customize your own product.
There are better, free alternatives that are not as buggy, but don’t make you log in, have customer support (this company has zero support) and are not making you bend over, forcing AI into you.

Best notepad
Done a lot on this for 10 years
Reliability
I have been using this app for over a decade. Largely on android that entire time. It was really nice that when I switched over to iPhone, not only was I able to get the app here, but I could sync up to my account and I was able to save and access a couple hundred different notes I made all that time. I like being it being cross platform, its usability, and its overall reliability.

Fantastic notepad iOS working
Great Verizon tech helped get it done!
My Go To App for Notes and Lists
This is the app I immediately go to when I need to make a list or a note. Notes can also be put in folders or locked.
Scammed out of Premium
Every month I pay for premium and don’t get the premium benefits! They take my money and don’t provide what’s stated. I’ve reached out to them and have heard nothing. I have literally used this service for well over 10 years and this is just annoying and I will be finding a different service.
Will not allow copy paste
App continuously blocks users from repeatedly copy/pasting content from note.
I used to love it so I bought it
I paid for unlimited access. I bought the whole thing but now they’ve changed their rules and they want a monthly fee. They’re no longer selling it as a one time purchase and now they’re also inconsistent difficult to log into everything‘s changed. I no longer like this product at all It’s untrustworthy.
