Bad registration experience
I used this app 3 years ago and it was okay, so I came back today and was trying to register, I did the face verification and then added 6 few photos of mine, the app is saying that my verification doesn’t match my pictures but is absolutely me and all the pictures shows my face clearly and close up even so my guess is they use AI and the AI they use is very bad, the registration is stuck on this step and you can’t do anything else, I can’t delete my pictures or my registration, I can’t request for support, is completely stuck. Very bad experience, don’t bother.

Exceptionally poor app design and non existent support
I have no idea how this app is marketed as being in any way “premium”. It is worse than any app I have used, including Grindr.
For starters, you can’t filter by city without paying which means you have people from 0000s of miles away, who you will never even meet? This is just extortion in the form of an app, I haven’t ever come across a free version lacking this basic functionality, and how is anyone going to want to pay if they can’t even see a basic selection in their city.
Secondly, the app support is absolutely awful. It won’t work in app, and so takes you to the browser. Again, not premium in the slightest. Then it takes you round in nonsensical circles with an AI chatbot that offers meaningless answers, that anyone with common sense could figure themselves . When requesting a human it asks you to fill out a form, despite having all your details on account, and promises an hour “within 24 hours”. Outside of services that are low cost, where you would expect basic customer service, I don’t come across customer service where an agent isn’t available immediately during business hours. I tried to ask for a one month free trial, in order to assess the usefulness of the app and got a completely generic AI answer that stated they point blank do not offer this. Where is the customer service?
I don’t know what geographic market you’re targeting, but US and EU audiences expect something complete when it’s marketed as it is. Not a poorly designed app clearly just wanting you to part with your money for the supposedly better paid membership.

Serious questions on private info data keeping
Clicked to have my profile removed: they said it was… until I discovered through their emails asking me to keep my account active that it wasn’t. Also while using the app, didn’t respected my choices as basic as orientation: I am heterosexual and was getting messages from same sex when - I checked again - was not what I asked for. It is misleading for those who messaged me and not serious of this app. Once you fill your profile, you literally have to pay to check what it looks like to users and to make changes!!! That is probably the cheapest most ridiculous feature of this app. Avoid

Crackdown on ghosting
I really like how Inner Circle proactively cracks down on ghosting by notifying users after 48 hours to either connect or kindly end the chat. I also like that it makes uses give a reason for ending the chat so the other person has closure and isn’t wondering what happened.
Bad app, waste of time
Not worth bothering, no profile shown in free version. Everything is engineered to push you to pay to even just see profiles. No screening and no exclusivity. Just interested in money and stealing your data, zero profiles available.

Something about my photos being wrong when they were regular and no way to know which ones to update and it was glitching when I was guessing and uploaded new ones
This app sucks and it rejected my profile
I was rejected by this dumb app and I’ll never join this app again. The waitlist was too long and I want to give up on this app. Inner Circle is a joke and a huge mistake
Concept is good, barely anyone on it
After looking at this app for a while I held off signing up since I didn’t think there were enough people on it that I’d be interested in (sounds awful but I’ll just be bluntly honest here for the review). Likes built up and I fell for the classic suspicion of wondering if any likes were compatible (hidden until paying) or the app might be better if paid for so that I can apply filters such as no children. However, once I’d paid £80 I quickly ran out of people to swipe. Don’t bother, it was a complete waste of money, I’ve tried various locations, there are too few people on this app, I feel cheated of the payment.

They don’t have any diversity, which is a choice because you have to put in an application to even join.

Misleading experience
I deleted my account because I found the app’s approach misleading. It is not clearly stated during signup that essential features especially receiving messages require a paid membership. Even though I put time and effort into creating my profile, the way this is communicated felt uncomfortable and not transparent.
For that reason, I chose to remove my account. I hope the app adopts a more honest and open approach toward users in the future.

Poorly designed waste of time
I would love to know what genius convinced these people that users want to sit through a stock photo video intro each time you open the app. It’s painful. Once it loads, it shows you random people from around the world - like Raya, only less hot people. And forcing people to name their “hotspots” - as if that makes them more desirable for dating - is super cringe. I could say more, but just trust me that of all the dating apps I’ve used, this is the worst and there is not a close second.

they need to step up their game for travel mode
I really like that the app seems to not have as many catfish as others, this is wonderful! However with the paid version you have the opportunity to put on travel mode but it is incredibly limited-they and only allows the options that they give you- which is hardly any. Even when you type in the destination search - unless they already pre-determined the place which you already see listed, your desired location is not going pop up- they only have 41 cities GLOBALLY that they allow you to search in which is very bad for a travel mode, sadly it really doesn't work well in that regard. This is not good if you are a nomad and looking forward to meeting new people when you're traveling.
There are far more options when you look in "explore favorite spots" in the popular destinations they have far more options... which is free and for everybody so it really makes no sense that those places that are listed in the app but not available in travel mode which is a paid feature.
Also the members outside of this age range cannot contact me -does not work. Which is unfortunate because I would prefer to date within my age range and have more people to sift through because of this.
I do like the layout and questions that they have. I think the prompts are really good as well-though many people don't actually fill them out so it would be nice if they were required so you could actually see what people were looking for.
I think it's probably got some better quality people then most of the other apps.
