Amazing!

At first I was unsure. I guess I was expecting it to be like the other apps for systems. It’s not but it has turned out to be a good thing. I can tell so much work has gone into this app. It is so thoughtful and love the concept.

dislike AI avatars

the app looks nice and we like the feature having sections per member you could fill out like please avoid and grounding item. sometimes difficult to navigate around though, especially in a members profile section.

dont like the fact that it has AI generated avatars and bedrooms, and that they have paid AI avatars. you only get to choose between set avatars and need a subscription to upload your own.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. Im really glad you liked the design and features like the member profile sections. I also appreciate your comments about navigation. Thats something I am actively working on and hoping to keep improving with each update. Regarding custom uploads, I completely understand where you're coming from. I actually went back and forth for a long time about whether to not include custom uploads at all and keep everything completley free, or give users the option to upload their own images through Pro. In the end I decided to offer it with Pro because storing and syncing user uploaded images does create ongoing costs for me as a solo developer. My goal is still to keep as many of the core features free as possible while using Pro to help cover features that cost me money to continue offering. I really do appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind as I continue working on Inner House.

Too good to be true

Telling by the screenshots of the photos, it piqued our interest and got our attention quickly. Until we installed it and already we had to create an account or use an email. We use PluralLog which doesn’t require an email to sign in because it’s local and offline. We don’t really trust an application that stores our data or track our privacy unless it’s absolute necessary. Which sucks because this app looks absolute visual appealing but it’s not worth the risk if it’s not local or offline.

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We completely understand why privacy is such an important consideration, especially for a deeply personal app like Inner House. Accounts are required so your information can be securely backed up, synced across your devices, and shared only with the trusted people you choose. We do not track your location, and your personal information is never shared without your permission. We do collect limited analytics and diagnostic information to help us understand how the app is functioning, identify bugs, and improve the experience, but not to monitor your personal activities. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our privacy practices even clearer.

Great app!

The app is what I’ve been looking for! I can tell there was so much love and hard work put into this app. This app is so visually stunning!

I love that it gives you examples, give you grounding skills, is customizable (but not too much that it’s overwhelming), and that I can share things with people who I trust.

The only con is that there are a few confusing mechanics. For example, knowing the differences of each membership plan or how to access the “Roomie Packs”. These confusing mechanics aren’t that big of deal since it doesn’t really interfere and can be easily fixed.
