The counter randomly restarts making it a very poor tracker of session completed. This is an old problem that has been ignored.

Enjoying the app
It would be helpful if you could set a timer. For example, I listen to the affirmations in bed but I need to physically pause the app when I fall asleep otherwise it stays on. So adding a timer would be great. 15 min increments would work.

Where is the place where you can record ones own voice and affirmation as advertised on IG? This is why I only gave 4 stars.

Someone helpful… But not worth it as a subscription. The voice has a somewhat phony AI quality to it. The intro was somewhat misleading, and it would be worth it as an annual subscription. But the product is not worth a monthly subscription. The version I had. I thought would include the music… Which I think would be much more beneficial. But I’m not going to pay more money for that in addition. Because I’m kind of turned off by the process which I find to be misleading.

Free really?
It says start free and update anytime. I could only listen one time for free. Now everything is locked? Not enough time to decide. Unless I did something wrong I have to give it a one star.

Helpful tool
Used regularly before bed to help with ADHD looping thoughts and insomnia. Great range of topics and was happy to purchase while on offer. My only gripe is that I have to initially log on to WIFI/mobile internet in order to access my previously download play lists but once I do I can go offline again so its doable, just mildly irritating! :)

Scam charges
I paid for the lifetime membership and the company is still charging me every month since February and will only refund 1 months charges. There’s no way for me to cancel this subscription because it’s not even tied to my Apple account since I paid the lifetime fee. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS FRAUD APP

Not effective, voices are too robotic, music is annoying no real energy just repetitive nonsense & canned messages.
Trying Hard
This is my first time seeing this or using it. Hey we all have bad habits and if we don’t change them. Then we have no one to plan but ourselves. So I have been though hell the past 4 years. And I do mean hell. Time to get out of it and move forward
Voice changes are distracting
This had been part of my daily routine for many months and I was a huge fan. But whenever they started updating the voices, the inconsistencies from one affirmation to the next are distracting and the new ones can be too robotic. I keep hoping the app gets updated to correct this but it doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon.
