Pro does NOT include voice audio 👎🏻
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Inner·Wave. I paid for the Pro subscription specifically because I wanted to create custom audio using the voice generation features. After subscribing, I pasted in my script and discovered that I have 0 voice-generation minutes and the app is asking me to connect a separate ElevenLabs API key in order to generate it.
I did not understand when purchasing Pro that the voice-generation feature would require a separate service/account or additional costs. If that limitation had been clear to me before subscribing, I would not have purchased Pro.
I feel misled and frustrated that I paid for an upgrade only to discover that the primary feature I wanted to use still isn't available to me. The distinction between what Pro includes and what requires a separate ElevenLabs account needs to be made much clearer before someone pays.
I would like a refund for my subscription.
