very unprofessional will short you money , very rude i was removed from app for responding a minute and a half after they texted me . i asked why they said they don't owe me an explanation. they will promise u money on wait time and never pay you . they expect u to respond but they wont respond to you when u reach out to u every 20-30m . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS U WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER

They are liars and disrespectful. They will not pay you for TONU or extra miles. They have very low rates and you will make them money without putting any money into your pocket. Again, do not use these clowns!!!!!!!!!

From start to finish, the level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and overall inefficiency has been unacceptable. It has not only wasted my time but also demonstrated a complete disregard for professionalism and customer service.
I expected a much higher standard, and unfortunately, your business has proven to be anything but reliable. I will be sure to share my experience accordingly and will not be engaging with your services again.

Can’t login
Every time I enter my username and password, it keeps going right back into the login page. I don’t have time for this. I reached out to customer service and they haven’t even tried to resolve the issue yet.

Dispatchers are courteous and they really try their best to get you the best rates.
Unfair
I did wait for four hours and a half to get loaded and George never paid me a penny for it

Honestly the best app for box truck and van loads , they are amazing I’m very satisfied and happy for the owners who manage this app as well as the dispatchers.
Thanks to them I’ve been able to stay in business.

There are other apps out here, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS LOAD BOARD
Please trust me when I say you need not waste your time on this load board, you will only get booked for loads that you under bid on and they will disable your account for any reason. There are other apps that do the same thing as this company so better off with the other apps than this one right?

Inconsistent
I was signed on and approved with this company for 6 months. Offered many loads but most were either 1. too far away 2. too large or too heavy for my vehicle or 3. Offered no dimensions or weight
After 6 months, I was deactivated
I deleted my account and reapplied. Uploaded all of my docs and now my account sits in ‘waiting for review’ mode

NO RENTAL TRUCKS
I transported numerous shipments for this "company" exclusively using rented trucks. Suddenly, I received a harsh text stating my account would be deactivated, and rental trucks were prohibited. When seeking clarification, I was simply told, "NO RENTAL TRUCKS" in capital letters. I wish they had informed me about the rental truck restriction before I accepted that load at $0.70 per mile.

OK, let me first start off by saying I spoke to an agent who is so informative, extremely kind and patient. The purpose of my call to Inno Dispatch was for a few tips on how to book loads because I have been struggling with it. I was able to speak to a young lady named Lasheta.
She scanned my entire profile for my company and found errors that could’ve possibly been preventing me from booking a load. This young lady spent maybe 25 minutes on the phone with me never sounded aggravated went above and beyond for me, and answered all my questions.
She corrected my vehicle specs length with the height and the weight capacity.
This is a game changer. As soon as she made the adjustments on her end, I was offered a load.. I’m really satisfied with this company. I’ll keep you guys posted. This was an amazing experience. Thank you Lasheta! Download Inno Dispatch
