Scale randomly stopped working
It use to work so well but now it doesn’t pair says error every time I try to use the app makes me sad I loved this scale I hope it still tell me the correct weight at least
Stopped Functioning
As the previous comment stated, all of a sudden, my scale is no longer working. I can still get my weight, but the app is not tracking the trends. It’s as if the data clears every time I weigh in.
Now useless
This used to be really good for keeping track of weight, body fat and some other measures, no longer works, and I tried deleting and redownloading. So I may as well just have bought much cheaper scales as the Innotech ones were quite expensive.
Company is gone
The scale worked for a long time, but suddenly everything stopped working. My entire history disappeared, the scale became unpaired, and after logging out to troubleshoot, I could no longer log back into my account. The app only displays “An error occurred. Please try again!” despite reinstalling it and trying different networks.
A smart scale is only as useful as its app. Without access to my account or data, many of its key features are unusable. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this product.

No longer works
I guess this app is no longer supported by the people who made it. The app stopped tracking weight, so uninstalled it, now it won’t let me log back in or request a forgotten password. It’s just an over expensive weighing scales now with no app. In the bin it goes!
App is broken
Loved this scale but it stopped saving my data 4 months ago with no warning and it deleted all of my data. Last update was 3 years ago. Their website is inactive so they must be done. Sad that they stole all my data. Not cool

It worked good for a while. Now I can't even log in. I haven't been able to for a month. The app stopped working so in installed it then I reinstalled it. Now the log in button doesn't do anything, so now I can't even get on the app and all off it is lost. USELESS.
No longer connects to scale
All of a sudden the app no longer works. Doesn’t update, no history and no mistakenly log in and now I can’t log back. Also tried a new login and it doesn’t let you do that. Seems like the developers have abandoned the app.
Can’t login
I went to weight myself this morning only to find that I can’t login. Thought I might have the wrong password so I pressed send a code. Nothing happened. Please fix.

This app hasn’t been updated in several years. It is clearly no longer supported. This is unfortunate, because those of us that have the scale got it because of the sinking with the app and Apple health. I will not buy anything from this company again, because they clearly don’t support their products.

This app no longer works at all
This app no longer works at all!!! I logged out to log back in, no logging in possible no new account. No functionality whatsoever. Essentially the scale needs to be thrown out.

After five years, the app stopped working. I sent an email to tech support and received no response.
Can’t create an account
The app quit giving me history, so I deleted it and reloaded. Now it wants me to login. My old password doesn’t work, and it errors when I try to create a new login. There hasn’t been an update for four years. The app is now useless. Zero stars?
What happened?
I can no longer log into my app or get to my past readings. The app is no longer available in the App Store. What a rip off.
Company was sold
I paid extra money for this specific scale to get specifics on my health across time. It now only shows specifics directly after you step on the scale. My history over several years is totally gone. I found out online a company is no longer in existence.
