Cannot login to app as of May 2026
After using this app for several years successfully suddenly in the last month, I have not been able to log into the app.
I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I cannot get it to accept my username or password. The “Forgot password” functionality does not work.
All links I found on web to Innotech are 404 pages not found.
Did this company go out of business and shut down its servers? How do we contact the company?
Apple should flag this app in the App Store for developer review.

No longer working. Data deleted
After using the app for 3 years all of my data was deleted. No 7 day, 4 week, or 1 year data. Nothing. Logged out to log back in and an error message pops up. Forgot password? Error message. Deleted the app and re-downloaded and I can’t log in.

Great scale, but the app needs work
The scale worked great but the app has no way of recovering your password. It doesn’t recognize my email address and will not send me a recovery password to reset it. There’s no other information on how to get a hold of anyone so essentially the scale is useless now.
App has ERROR constantly
Used to love this App but havent been able to login for weeks. Have uninstalled the App have taken out batteries on scales which work just they dont attach to the App as it no longer works.
Stopped working
This app worked great until it didn’t. It randomly started showing weight in kg. I opened the battery section and toggled the switch, but that didn’t fix it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but then, I couldn’t log back on. There is no way to reset password or even set up a new account. No way to message for help or contact anyone. It’s like they just stopped servicing the app. Horrible product.

Just stopped working
I’ve owned the scale for years. Today suddenly it just started acting erratic. I removed the batteries and put them back in and removed the app and reinstalled it. Now I can’t seem to login. I wonder if a new version of the app is coming out soon?
Completely useless now
This app worked great until it didn’t. A few weeks ago the history stopped and I got an error when trying to update my goal weight. I logged out and redownloaded the app thinking that would help and now I’m completely locked out of it. Beyond frustrating.
App not working
Cannot sign in, cannot create new account, icons don’t pop up, submit button doesn’t work.
History gone
Just a few days ago history disappeared. Tried restarting phone, signing out of app. Now I can’t sign back in and the developers website seems to be gone.

History disappeared!
This app was working great until a couple of days ago. Suddenly all of the history is gone. I like looking at the graph and seeing the progress that I make, but that is no longer there. Unfortunately, it seems that the developer website is also gone. I can’t find a way to contact them.
No longer connect to phone for the added info.
Scale won’t sync to phone/bluetooth. Only gives weight and BMI, none of the other metrics. I’m on a fitness journey and really wanted to start tracking my health. It worked for me in the past but no longer accessible. Not sure why they aren’t addressing this with all the bad reviews. I’ll edit mine when this is corrected.

Disappointed
Like many others I’ve struggled to pair the smart scale to my iPhone. If I only wanted to see my daily weight, this scale would be fine, although overpriced for one simple function.
Not working
Not pairing ,Tried several times to pair my scale to the internet, it will not pair. I’m getting a small white square in the middle of the pairing prosees , I tried to push next ,But it doesn’t work 👎.
Innotech scale app doesn’t connect to internet
Tried several times to connect my scale to the internet, it will not pair. No scale picture shows up to pair, just a small white square appears. I have called the company only to hear a recording. I also have sent an email with screenshots attached with no response. I’m not sure if this company is still in business. Nice scale, but data is not being recorded anywhere.

AppStore it should remove this app from the AppStore doesn’t work anymore and I don’t think that have a team or nothing if anyone give this app some attention

The scale does not pair with Bluetooth or without Bluetooth. There is NO customer service. Closed every day. Don’t buy it. Very disappointed

Can’t connect to my iPhone anymore. It has stopped working since December 2024.
