This works very well with my K5, you can reverse the camera orientation along with a lot of other settings. The video quality is very good!
Absolute rubbish
Laggy, back navigation arrow does not work, constant wifi disconnection, absolute rubbish!!!
It seems to work for me
Well, I am not sure why so many negative reviews, it seems to work for me. It’s a bit slow to go through all the saved videos but for me it does exactly what they said it does. I would like them to make it easier to see what clips I have already watched. When you are trying to find a 3 second clip from a 5.5 hr ride which is split into 3 min lumps, it’s a bit difficult to see which ones of the hundreds of clips you have already looked at. I can never find the bit I want to see. Just a simple border colour change to tell me I have looked at this clip would help!

Don’t buy product from Innovv
I don’t recommend purchasing any products from Innovv until they can resolve their poor app issues. Product presents very well in their fancy expensive boxes. As well as the use of materials like aluminum housing for their k5 camera system. All this on the face presents very well but in reality,does not work very well.
If you look at the reviews here complaints regarding an app go back four years. They have yet to Resolve it, which tells me they have no plans in doing so as long as people keep buying there products.
Until they can resolve their customer service issues as well as their app issues, I do not recommend purchasing any of their products .

Poor app quality
The application is poorly written, crashing constantly. It has huge problems connecting to the camera (K7). There are several attempts needed to connect. Language translations are bad.
Won’t connect to phone
Have tried numerous times over 48 hours to connect to K7 following the instructions and all I ever get is asked to ensure the device is connected. If the solid blue Wi-Fi light means it’s connected, then it’s connected.
No response from customer services either.

Makes no sense
I downloaded this to go with my innovative dashcam. It’s totally useless. No home screen to speak of. No guidance through the app. No product recognition. If I’d seen this before I bought the cameras I would have bought something else
Bad result for these money
Hello. Yesterday I have bought K7. Install it. Download app on iPhone 16 Pro Max. I can see recorded files but when I try to watch them online app crashes. After downloading files I see them like red squares and also can not watch. The only way to watch videos is to remove memory card every time! It is impossible to prepare so bad software

App is no good
Improve the app if you want to sell a $400 camera system. This thing is garbage. Turning off WiFi is a joke. And honestly so is everything else about the app. You can’t use anything but the recording feature. Feedback button doesn’t work. Message doesn’t work. Forum doesn’t work. Just garbage.
Good Product, Bad App
I have owned several INNOVV dash cams for my motorcycles, since there are not that many comparable products with the same features. I am a BIG fan of the products, and interestingly for a Russian-named Chinese product, the customer service has been stellar. The weak point is the app - I really wish they would streamline the pairing and take the time to add words to their icons (maybe this takes more language settings).

Cannot connect to iPhone
Unable to connect to iPhone despite trying airplane mode, no vpn, and so many users with same issue. Surprised this has not been fixed after so many report same problem .
App not fit for purpose
The camera ‘seems’ good, but it’s almost impossible to tell because the app is so awful. I can rarely get the app to connect to the device WiFi, it crashes regularly when I do, and its functionality is woeful. I would have not bought this device had I read the reviews about the app.
Needs work
All functions work well but the app overall doesn’t run that smoothly. The live view only has worked for me after i reset my whole system but only for one time (did this on three separate occasions when setting up my cams). Accessing the video and editing the setting all work streamline so far but, as a whole, this app needs some improvement.

Приложение при соединении с камерой видит только часть видеоархива на карте. При соединении с Андройд устройством архив читается полностью за все даты. Необходимо исправить баг в приложении.

Garbage
This app is garbage and renders Innovv cameras useless. I'm selling mine and buying from a more reliable camera maker.
Not working
Tried connecting with new iPhone 15 pro, app won’t even show WiFi, tried everything from airplane mode to resetting device, nothing works.
