Currently, when a guest wants to Check In or Check Out in a hotel with high demand, it leads to a waiting time at the reception that can often be considered long due to the long lines they have to do. For this reason, TCA-SS® saw the opportunity to generate a mobile solution that allows the hotel to shorten this time, this will be achieved through an application installed on several devices to be able to provide service to more than one guest at the same time.
