Needs improvement

I am unsure if this is an iPad specific problem but I cannot get anything to load, it crashes when I open the tripe section every time, and when I try to chat to my provider it just loads without ever letting me chat.
The idea of this app is great but it needs improvement for sure. If not in total, then for iPad users.
