No way to delete total old history data.

I tried to delete my old history data, but saw no option for that. I called customer service and she told me I had to delete each entry, one at a time! REALLY? I couldn't believe that and asked her to check with their IT person to see if they could provide a way to delete ALL at one time. She was very pleasant and patient and said she would check and call me back. She did check and called me back- IT says only way is to delete each entry!!
This is absolutely ridiculous!

They need to hire better IT personnel.

Love my bluetooth scale

I would give more stars, but recently something went wrong with the app. In one day, my body fat jumped from 22 to 33%. The section for 33% show “normal”, whereas before, it showed “high” for the same percentage. Please fix this bug :)
