I used this app for several months and it worked just fine. Mid August, it longer works. Bummer.

Useless
It won’t put me in the right region, so I can’t contact anyone in my VA health network. The support link looks like it needs a login that I probably don’t have. I would recommend waiting the 4 years it usually takes the VA after a rollout for something to be usable to download the app.

Terrible
Horrible experience. I waited 45 minutes and still did not receive any meaningful assistance. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time, especially when dealing with an urgent medical concern.
