Thanks for trying but:
1. When paired with my “Tinnitus Sound Therapy System” you can barely hear it.
2. You can hear it just fine on your iPhone, but most of the selections are so drowned out by the accompanying white noise, that they pretty much sound the same.

Well worth it
The app is simple and easy to navigate. No complex settings. The device is well worth it, especially combined with the app.
