Worthless
Can’t get into the program with either Login.gov or ID Me. Not an issue with either login programs. I can log in each successfully but then the program doesn’t open and says there was an error.

Crashing
I just downloaded this and it crashes every single time after login.
Login or Security Problems Cripple App
In short, multiple layers of login and security have crippled this app. I’ve never been able to sign in, despite confirming that my login.gov information is correct and receiving login confirmation emails. “An error was encountered while attempting to complete the login process.” Bottom line- app is delaying critical healthcare communication and delaying access to care.

Can’t log in
Every time I try to log in, it says an error has occurred. Please try again later.
Doesn’t work
I get an error window that tells me to call a number. I called the number and they sent me to another number. I called that number and they send me to a third number. The third member sends me back to my primary care who tries to send me back to the first phone number. No fix!
Signing In
Way too hard and confusing to sign in. Won’t except Pass key. Then you’re starting with verification process.
Not a Chat
They call it “chat” and the I go says for “immediate” answers to non urgent health questions. I sent a chat and got no response so I called the support line to report that it wasn’t working. Their reply was that it takes up to 3 days for someone to respond lol! That’s neither immediate or within the definition of a “chat” app.

Doesn’t Work
I’ve logged in multiple times and get an error message and it try’s to get me to log back in. I got in once and it said something went wrong then kicked me out and continued the cycle of endless log in.
Worked well
I needed to get an answer to a pharmacy question about a prescription that was supposed to come, but didn’t. I tried calling the pharmacy but was on a very long hold. The recorded message said to log onto www.myhealth.va.gov for the chat line. Tried it, but it wasn’t the right place to login. I downloaded the app and got on right away. The nurse(Michaela W.) took care of my problem right away.

Why is the app charging me for use of the app?
Could be a great app
This could be a great app if it actually loaded or worked idk who the VA outsources to for their apps but they are all slow to load and work properly
USELESS APP
Now that I’m sick and need to use this app it keeps going to a black screen after signing in! Everything VA is trash omg I’m so fed up right now
Convenient
Simple effective and to the point on getting information and questions answered
Horrible app. Doesn’t work, not techy
I think the VA uses terrible apps so you don’t use the benefit. You have to be a techy person to use any of the VA apps. Hate them all. We gave up.
Black Screen
As soon as it authenticates ID.Me, nothing but a black screen.
Couldn’t connect
I tried this after reading about it in an email. I had already gone thru the cumbersome process of setting up either the new required ID.me or Login.gov (but don’t do DS-Logon). I got thru both of those options (at 7am Thursday) then it said Error while attempting to complete the login process. End of story.
