After purchasing coins on 4/23/26 I stopped reading my story for a few days I come back today 4/28/26 and all 188 chapters I’ve already read are locked and need to be repurchased. Also my coin balance is now ZERO after I just purchased more…. Plus the previous story I’ve already read is now closed again as well, how?!!

Good and bad
I love any of these kinds of apps where you can buy a weekly or monthly pass so generally I would give this a good review, but it doesn’t allow you to change to size of the font and it’s very small so I had to skip it. Can I read it that small? Yes, but it gives me too much eyestrain.
It would be great if they could add a feature to adjust the font size and background color. I have scoured the app and can’t find it if it does exist.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. You’re right that reading comfort should not depend on one fixed font size. We’ve added reader customization, including adjustable font size, reading themes, and background colors. These updates are being prepared for release, so you’ll be able to make the text larger and choose a more comfortable reading appearance soon. We appreciate you calling this out. Eye strain is a real issue, and improving the reading experience is important to us.

I have purchased 2 weekly passes but for some reason I don’t get unlimited reading like I’m supposed to, at the end of the last subscription and all of this one I only seem to be able to get a couple of chapters
