Makes life so much easier and very easy to use
Irgendwie kann man die Dosen nicht mehr nur für eine Woche eingeben.
Bis vor paar Wochen konnte man in der App die täglichen Dosen für eine Woche bzw. für die Zeitspanne, die man individuell auswählen konnte auswählen. Aktuell gibt die App die Dosen für zwei drei Wochen vor was man als MarcumarPatient ja wöchentlich durch Messungen selbstständig dosieren muss. Somit ist die wöchentliche Dosierung auch weg wenn man‘s nach der letzten INR-Messung eingegeben hat. Bitte den Fehler zu beheben. Ansonsten ist die App super.

Hallo Yüki, Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht und Ihr berechtigtes Feedback. In der neuesten Version der App, Version 2.4.3, die gerade veröffentlicht wurde, sollte dieses Problem behoben sein. Die App speichert nun das vorherige Zeitintervall, wenn Sie mehrere Dosen auf einmal hinzufügen, und behält Ihr Dosierungsschema bei. So I did hear back from the folks and was able to get it to schedule. I wish the schedule aspect was easier, even with the instructions it is still touchy. However, the reporting it gives is second to none and worth the effort.
Love this app
I love this app. It has made tracking my INR and medication doses so easy. It is easy to use and it’s easy to make changes. I can easily look back over my INRs to track how things are going. I also make notes about my doctor’s recommendations to skip a dose, or change my dosage, so I can track my history.
I recently had a problem where my past INRs weren’t showing up. The app people worked diligently with me over several days in order to try to fix the problem. Repeated emails back and forth between us, trying to work it out. As predicted by the app people, the most recent update fixed the problem for me. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the diligence of the people supporting the app.

Hi, sorry to hear you're experiencing problems! Yesterday a new version of the app was released (v2.4.1) which fixes some problems with corrupt INR values. Difficult to schedule doses, had very little flexibility to setup a schedule that had a single day dose that was different.

Hello. Thank you for leaving a review. Setting up a weekly dose schedule with only one different dose is certainly possible with the app. Simply add a Monday to Sunday schedule like e.g. 8-8-8-8-6-8-8 in the bulk dose screen. This means that all days have an 8mg dose while Friday has a 6mg dose. This is then repeated over the selected period. Hope this helps and encourages you to give the app another try! All the best.
Loved this app, but BIG PROBLEM now
I have loved this app. It has made tracking my INR and medication doses so easy. I could easily look back over my INRs to track how it was going. BUT as of January 1, 2026, the only INR I can see is my current one. I cannot find any of my old ones. I don’t know why or what happened. This is a huge loss! Please fix this!

Truly Lifesaving
I’ve been using this app for over 4 years, and it has been critical in helping me manage my warfarin dosing. I have an arrangement with my cardiologist whereby I bought a second INR machine, and often test multiple times per week in order to adjust my own dosing. As I test frequently, and only I know what I’m eating, drinking (yes alcohol makes a HUGE impact), and what climates I’m in as I travel, I know my dosing requirements much better than my doctor’s office ever could. And this app, especially with its graphing functions, helps me make sense of it all and create a workable plan. (With this app I can even clearly see a gradual change in my dosing requirements between summer and winter!) I also simultaneously use the “Medisafe” app, which does a great job of alerting me to medication times, including the ability to snooze, easily reschedule, and re-remind me if I miss the dose. This combination of apps is worth 50 stars, and I hope you never stop supporting them!!!

Easy and useful!
I have been using this app for 6-8 months. I have found it very useful for keeping track of what my INR has been and what dosing adjustments have been made to attempt to keep me in therapeutic range. I really appreciate being able to keep notes. I also really, really appreciate how easy it is to go back in to make changes and corrections! Once I figured out what I was doing, I find it very simple to use.
I don’t love the graphs, but I don’t really need to use them, so it has not made much of a difference to me.
As I have to do bloodwork weekly to ensure I don’t vary to far from my therapeutic range, it’s great having a simple app to do my tracking with.

Excellent app, I tried several and this was the best. Good graphs to see INR and dosage over time. Only improvement would be to have a profile so could have the app on more than one device - it’s my son on warfarin so would be great if we could both access his info
