Sehr geehrte/r Nutzer/in, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ich möchte jedoch klarstellen, dass die in der App unterstützten Medikamente eindeutig in der Beschreibung im App Store angegeben sind. Darüber hinaus wird auch in den Versionshinweisen erläutert, dass die Unterstützung im Laufe der Zeit erweitert wurde (anfangs nur Coumadin und später auch andere Medikamente), auch dank der Hinweise von Nutzern. Die App ist so konzipiert, dass sie die Dosierungen auf Grundlage des Wirkstoffgehalts pro Tablette der unterstützten Medikamente (z. B. Coumadin oder Marcumar) korrekt verwaltet. Aus diesem Grund kann sie auch mit anderen Medikamenten verwendet werden, sofern diese die gleiche Wirkstoffmenge pro Tablette aufweisen. Es tut mir leid, wenn dieser Aspekt nicht vollständig klar war, jedoch waren diese Informationen vor dem Kauf verfügbar. Innerhalb der vorgesehenen Frist besteht selbstverständlich die Möglichkeit, eine Rückerstattung direkt über Apple zu beantragen. Ich bin jedoch der Ansicht, dass eine so niedrige Bewertung nicht die tatsächliche Funktionsweise der App widerspiegelt, die korrekt entwickelt wurde und täglich von vielen Patienten genutzt wird. Nichtsdestotrotz werde ich Ihren Hinweis berücksichtigen und prüfen, ob die Unterstützung weiterer Medikamente – wie dem von Ihnen genannten – in zukünftigen Updates ergänzt werden kann. I dispositivi della gamma Apple sono numerosi e presentano dimensioni e caratteristiche di schermo differenti. Nonostante gli sforzi per ottimizzare l’interfaccia su tutti i modelli, può capitare che sui dispositivi più piccoli – come iPhone 13 mini – dove lo spazio disponibile è più ridotto, alcuni elementi possano risultare più compressi o meno visibili. In ogni caso, è comunque possibile utilizzare tutte le funzioni dell’app senza problemi. Per inserire un nuovo valore INR, può semplicemente aprire la sezione dedicata tramite il pulsante nella barra inferiore e poi premere il tasto “+” presente in quella schermata. Allo stesso modo, è possibile contrassegnare la dose come assunta anche toccando direttamente il widget che mostra la dose del giorno. I tre pulsanti presenti nella schermata principale sono stati pensati come collegamenti rapidi, ma l’app rimane pienamente utilizzabile anche qualora questi risultino meno visibili su alcuni dispositivi. La ringrazio molto per la segnalazione: terrò comunque conto del suo commento per migliorare ulteriormente l’adattamento dell’interfaccia nei prossimi aggiornamenti. I’m truly sorry that you were unable to use the app as intended, despite my efforts to assist you personally through multiple exchanges via email. As mentioned in our previous correspondence, the app itself functions correctly and has been thoroughly tested on current iOS versions. The issue you encountered was due to specific display and accessibility settings on your devices, which caused certain interface elements to appear hidden. Adjusting those settings — even temporarily — would have resolved the problem and allowed the app to display normally. I completely respect your decision not to change your configuration, but I want to reassure other users that INR Coagulation Manager works reliably under standard settings and is used successfully every day by many patients (myself included — I am also on long-term anticoagulation therapy). I remain grateful for your patience and the courteous communication we shared. Your feedback has nevertheless been useful to help me better understand how different device configurations can affect the display. Inserendo il prossimo controllo INR ad una data specifica, salvando e chiudendo la app, alla riapertura la data del prossimo controllo è impostata a 9 giorni da oggi, anche se la modifico ritorna sempre a 9 giorni.
- Non è possibile inserire il dosaggio come pillole ma solo come mg, il che obbliga a fare i conti, sarebbe più comodo inserire il numero di pillole direttamente, almeno per il warfarin.
- Il grafico INR è praticamente illeggibile, mostra solo un valore nonostante ne abbia inseriti uno per ogni settimana, sarebbe utile avere un grafico con linea dosaggio e linea INR.

After pressing “Save,” they will immediately appear on the main screen as well as in the other sections of the app. I understand this process may not feel intuitive the very first time, but once the initial setup is complete, the app becomes very quick and easy to use. I also apologize if you found any leftover English words or labels in the interface. If you could kindly let me know where you saw them, I will make sure to remove them in the next update. Ich verstehe sehr gut, wie wichtig einfache und sofort verständliche Hilfsmittel für die Betreuung einer Antikoagulationstherapie sind. Ich möchte jedoch betonen, dass die App nicht wirklich komplex ist, sondern lediglich eine kleine Lernkurve erfordert: Sobald man die Funktionslogik verstanden hat, ist die Nutzung eine Sache von wenigen Sekunden. Nachdem man ein oder zwei persönliche Wochenschemata eingerichtet hat, genügen nämlich zwei Klicks, um den gesamten Therapieplan in die App zu übertragen und so die wichtigsten Funktionen nutzen zu können: automatische Anzeige der Tagesdosis, tägliche Erinnerungen und die Möglichkeit, die Einnahme mit einem einfachen Tap zu bestätigen. Dieses Projekt liegt mir besonders am Herzen, da ich selbst TAO-Patient bin (nach dem Einsatz einer mechanischen Aortenklappe) und die App täglich zur Verwaltung meiner eigenen Therapie nutze. Gerade deshalb habe ich großen Wert darauf gelegt, sie so klar, zuverlässig und nützlich wie möglich zu gestalten. Ihr Feedback ist mir sehr wichtig: Wenn Sie mir mitteilen könnten, in welchen Bereichen Sie die größten Schwierigkeiten hatten, würde ich dies gerne berücksichtigen, um die Benutzerfreundlichkeit weiter zu verbessern. I fully understand how important simple and immediately clear tools are when managing anticoagulation therapy. However, I would like to emphasize that the app is not truly complex – it only requires a small learning curve. Once you understand the logic behind its functions, using it takes just a few seconds. After setting up one or two personalized weekly dosage schedules, only two taps are needed to “transfer” the therapeutic plan into the app and take advantage of its key features: automatic display of the daily dosage, daily reminders, and the ability to track each dose as taken with a single tap. This project is very close to me, as I am myself a TAO patient (following the implantation of a mechanical aortic valve) and I use the app daily to manage my own therapy. For this reason, I have worked hard to make it as clear, reliable, and useful as possible. Your feedback is very important to me: if you could share which areas you found most challenging, I would be glad to take it into account to further improve user-friendliness. UI/UX could be better. Possibility to sync the data with cloud services or export as csv would be great. Also the possibility to add another anticoagulant like Phenprocoumon is missing.

To clarify, the app allows you to configure weekly plans with daily doses ranging from a minimum of 1.25 mg (equivalent to 1/4 of a tablet, the smallest possible increment for Coumadin) to a maximum of 7.5 mg. This should provide the flexibility to customize and compose daily doses appropriately. If there’s a specific detail preventing you from setting the desired dosage, please let us know. What stands out most is the daily medication reminder feature, which helps me stay on top of my treatment schedule. The ability to set specific reminders for each day of the week is a game-changer for me. Plus, it’s incredibly helpful to have a clear record of both food and medication interactions that might affect my therapy.
Another feature I really appreciate is the flexibility it offers with dosage adjustments. The app allows you to plan and repeat weekly dosages, which is perfect for keeping track of varying medication needs.
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the ability to sync the app with health data from other devices or apps, making it even easier to track my health metrics in one place. But overall, this app has been an absolute lifesaver.
