You have subscribed to your D-Ticket with a transport company in Saxony-Anhalt and would like to use your ticket conveniently on your smartphone? Then you've come to the right place!
As soon as you have received your subscription number, you can download your D-Ticket into the app. You will find out which transport companies you can do this with when you subscribe. Once you have received your subscription number, it may take several hours before the data is technically available. Please be patient.
In the app, you can also conveniently store additional tickets of your family or fellow travellers.
You can find information on the timetable in our INSA app, which is available separately.

Thank you for using the INSA D-Ticket app! We update the app regularly to ensure that you always have the latest version. What's new in this update? - Several adjustments to the background systems - Analysis and reduction of app crashes - Updates to the legal notice, terms and conditions and FAQs - By tapping the D-ticket, the screen brightness is increased to 100% for 8 seconds, after which it returns to the previous setting. - After restart the last loaded D-ticket is now also loaded again. - Faster app start even with poor internet connection.
