Insect Bug Spider Identifier

I had the same bad experience the previous user mentioned. This APP is a SCAM. It does not function as advertised.

This app tricked me to signing up, costing me $9.95. It was supposed to be free for the lifetime subscription.

I feel that their programmers deliberately programmed it not to work.

I do not recommend downloading this App, not even to try testing it.

Fake?

Downloaded this app with a free trial and all I see when launching the app is a ladybug. App does nothing other than show you a cartoon version of a ladybug. Sad.

Thank you for the feedback. We will try to find out what went wrong.

Scam!!

I thought I had a free trail and you charged me $9.99 this is wrong!! The app is terrible the pictures are terrible and the information is wrong. I want a refund I tried contacting you about this situation.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. You probably did not cancel your subscription, so the amount you specified was charged after the free trial period expired. We are sorry you didn't like the app, we will try to make it better.

have to pay

You get 5 free photos. Then if you choose to pay $14.99 AUD monthly after a three day trial, then you can use it. Also you can’t copy the names to then put into google to do research or anything

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. Our application uses neural network, which is why the subscription offer is justified.

Misleading. Pay to use

I got this thinking it was for free, but when I opened it, it immediately asked me to rate it. When I tried to get past the rating request, it then requested a payment, and I accidentally put my finger on the home button and just like that, I gave away $13 for a paid subscription I didn't want. Great scam

I haven’t use it and how to describe?

I haven’t use it and how to describe?

It wasn’t right

I am a professional bug identifier who makes approximately £1000000 per day identifying bugs for Simon Cowell and this was actually the Dongis Twinkific, whereas the app stated that it was a cerrorum nygafis. I don’t recommend for accurate identification.

Thank you for the feedback. We will try to find out what went wrong.

Can’t zoom in

Unable to zoom in. Kind of pointless given the bug will most likely try to get away.

Not good

Wont even open the picture first time

Response from developer

Thank you for reporting the problem. We will definitely try to figure out what the issue is.

I have to get

We have to be in

Requires subscription

Click bait - wants a monthly subscription to use

Scam.

Opening the app literally tricked me into a $9.99 purchase to even start using the app. After it charged me, then it said I had 5 free scans per month. I scanned a black flying bug and got a list of warped pictures (they were stretched so much they distorted and could barely be recognized) that looked nothing like the bug I scanned. DO NOT BUY! Zero stars.
