All I get is error code 500 when I try to identify a coin. Reported problem, no response from developer.

I’ve been getting an error code of 503 for the past 27 days..

I’ve reached out to Customer Service and have not heard back.. when submitting a picture of a new Coin I get an error reading of 503. I also have downloaded a large collection of my coins and get the same reading. It’s just frustrating when you’re trying to get to the bottom of this and nobody answers you back.
