Scam
All I get is error code 500 when I try to identify a coin. Reported problem, no response from developer.
I’ve been getting an error code of 503 for the past 27 days..
I’ve reached out to Customer Service and have not heard back.. when submitting a picture of a new Coin I get an error reading of 503. I also have downloaded a large collection of my coins and get the same reading. It’s just frustrating when you’re trying to get to the bottom of this and nobody answers you back.

HORRID
I just paid $3999 for this app and it won’t scan or recognize anything. It always pops up and says it has a response of 500 or 503 not one coin has it identified or recognizedHORRID

Downloaded the app and paid for a year long subscription used it 1 time, then went to use it again and now get some kind of error code 500 message every time. I get no response from my emails or costumer support. Money not well spent. BEWARE

When I started using it it was fine but then when I scan a coin it just shows me the premium thing then if I click the X to leave it puts me on the home screen

Doesn’t identify specialised British coins. Signed up for a year and after 6 months decided didn’t want to renew for another year! Cancelled the yearly subscription which had 6 months to run and denied me access to a service I had paid for! Thus they have charged me a years subscription and cut me off half way through it!

Does not work
This is the worst coin app I have ever tried. Not only did I cancel before my trial and still got charged for an annual membership and when I submitted for a refund it denied it. I though okay I’m being charged for it again let’s see if I can get it to work because the first time it said every picture was blurry. This time it took the photo but not once did it show the correct coin, it was way off. Would not recommend . I keep taking pictures of the same coin in different lighting and it’s still just giving me random results none of which are even close. I got charged for an app that makes me guess if it could be any of the coins it’s showing me? I thought it was supposed to tell me what the coin was? I have tried contacting support requesting a refund several times in which the deny. Do not download this app

I thought this app identified and gave you current market price for the coins that you’re scanning. Evidently, I bought something that does not do what they said it did so I think I may be canceling this unless you can tell me otherwise.
