Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. The option to remove ads should work correctly, and this behavior is not expected. We are currently investigating an issue that may prevent the in-app purchase from completing properly on some devices. Ads are intended to support the free version of the app, but they should never block usage or prevent closing the app. This is clearly not the experience we want to provide. We would really appreciate it if you could contact us via the in-app support with your device model and iOS version, so we can identify and fix the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for helping us improve the app.
