I appreciate the credit union so much especially with online fraud or suspected activity always notify me and I appreciate it and I can always depend on my card being canceled and a new one reissued as soon as possible. Most difficult banking app to access out there
This app goes down with bugs and glitches all the time, doesn’t allow you to log in with proper credentials, and constantly has bugs and software issues creating an environment where you can’t even check you bank balances. Thinking of closing my accounts because the online banking and customer service with Insight is so terrible.

Transfer the 200 to my checking not savings
I want the two hundred transferred from my savings account to my checking you did it backwards

Honestly this app needs to be optimized, from not being able to access to logging you out and turning off fingerprint access its always something.
