Guide is a Waste of Money
I downloaded the ebook after buying the Glasgow Guide book at Waterstones. I was suckered by the promise of more info on the app. The ebook I downloaded wouldn’t open on my iPhone 12. After downloading the ebook to my phone it disappeared from the app so I had no access to it at all. The guide book is poor. No general info on public transport systems in Glasgow, for instance. Wish I hadn’t bought it. Total waste of money.

No Free eBook or App as advertised on purchase of paper book
As per review by another person there was no eNook or app available as promised on the real book cover.

App useless as won’t read QR code
Title says it all really
Really have to pay
Why do u have to pay because that’s expensive mostly if u travel every year or month ur plane ticket is expensive now 9 to 17 dollars about some half useless book
App cannot load QR code
Try to use the QR code listed in the front of the newly purchased inside guide to Japan, but this feels to work. When replying to the support team, the prompts refer to which iPhone model I have “e.g. 6”, showing how out of date this software is given we are now at model 14. A prompt to upload any fault on the page with a photograph (screenshot), crashes me out of the support page. Given the comments from other users, it doesn’t look like there has been any attempt to try and improve this app in many years.
