Why replace a good thing
This is the worst banking app of all time! Never loads. Has zero basic features you’d expect like mobile deposit and can’t even connect to other apps such as Venmo. Their previous mobile app worked SO well. I can’t for the life of me figure out why they got rid of it and replaced it with this!

This is a downgrade
This is not an improvement from the previous app. The interface is not as aesthetically pleasing or user friendly. The rollout was bad and not what I’ve come to expect from Altabank. Seems like things have suffered with all the M&A. Time to start looking for a new banking relationship.
Clunky roll out and no mobile deposit?
I had to contact the bank four times to get the passwords set up correctly. Phone numbers would not ring or would ring busy. Didn’t have account access for days. I don’t see mobile check deposit on this app. Seems like we’re going backwards here?
Approvals and insight
The app is a huge improvement. Allows large payment approval capabilities and all the other account access I would expect while out of the office.
