After having this card for less than 24 hours I’ve come to realize they charge me $1.00 every single time I swipe the card. This card is robbery and useless. It just spends away at your expense. DO NOT USE THIS CARD!!!!!!

Hello my account was closed with fund inside I called several time ask an update about the fund a friend send to me , when I called today a woman saying there is no money on my account what happened to the fund , I have all the emails notifications of my last transactions!

Cannot get customer service on phone!
I tried to go on website and it will not let me. How does that happen!!!! Then I try to call customer service and you get charged $1.00 every time you call! Rip off!!!! Then, you’re lucky if you get a representative because you have to put your card number in and you have to be fast because my card is on my phone and I have to go back and forth to put it in and if you aren’t fast enough it hangs up on you! You will not get a customer service representative. I’m so frustrated that I’m going to get rid of this card and just use my debit card and take a chance. At least I can get a hold of a bank representative! Goodbye Insight!!!!! Not good customer service and that is IMPORTANT!!!!!

Worst app ever!!!!!
You can’t talk to a live person, you get charged $1 for every credit transaction and $2 for every debit transaction. They declined my card and still took the money. The app doesn’t work half the time. It made me change my username and password several times.
