App not working for awhile now. FIX YOUR APP.
App stopped working why?
Everytime I try to log in it says authentication error. What in the world happened???

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever had in my phone it won’t let me access my money I have to call the number all the time to find out how much money is on my bank account. Then the people on the phone are rude and upset that you’re calling them to find out your information really. I talk to the people on the phone and they tell me they really don’t have much information themselves except your password and pin number I asked the person on the phone a couple of questions but they kept on telling me I really don’t know I really don’t know I really don’t know. Going to be canceling my card soon and going with a real bank too many fees on this card too much stress monthly fees ATM fees overdraft fees fees fees fees fees for everything really read the fine print when you get the card what a waste of time but had the card almost 3 years now

Horriable app
Could never log in , always saying error . App was just a big mess up on their part . Need to make a whole new app .
Can’t login to app!
Haven’t been able to login to the app in over a week. I had it set to fingerprint login & that won’t work anymore at all but even when I type in my users& password I’m getting a message that says “Authentication Error. Unable to authenticate” and I know for a fact I’m typing in the correct info! I also tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app but that didn’t help either so I don’t know what’s going on. I usually use the app several times a day so I hope this issue gets fixed soon!
