Not getting sound on video

Hi …. Great app, Thankyou. Unfortunately I am not able to make full use of the instructional videos as not getting sound ? Anybody else having this issue ?

Hi.
Love the idea of this app but the videos do not display on my iPad. When I click the link I just see the menu. Sound works, but no video.
