TIM Makes Site Reports Easy
TIM is a fantastic tool that every property manager should have. Once you have your template set up, you merely take photos of all areas of your development, add notes on condition, then a full colour report is emailed to you. It couldn’t be simpler! There’s a traffic light system too, ie green is good, amber is satisfactory and red is poor. Overall a brilliant piece of kit. All TIM staff super helpful too and quick to respond to queries. Keep up the good work guys!
