Just awful

So much potential for a virtual inspection app. However, this is so poorly designed and difficult to use. a tedious and woeful experience I hope my Real Estate doesn’t pay money to access this

Constant Time Out

Why the hell does this constantly time me out and require me to enter the password again and again and again???
There is nothing about this app that requires a short time out period. Requiring the password to be constantly needed drives people to use simple insecure passwords. Think I’ll change mine to “stupidapp” for the simplicity.

Missing a few quality of life features

Seeing as the app is oriented around the primary use of the camera, it’s a bit baffling the app doesn’t provide any support to using the camera better other than one single button to take photos. I can’t even change focus or adjust brightness while taking a photo. I get you don’t want a suite of editing features for the sake of making sure tenants are taking honest photos but at least allow some of the bare basics. Of all the camera features you added, the selfie camera was the play?

I’ve got an iPhone 12 and would have really liked to have been able to use the wide lens, which would have been perfect for taking photos of the required rooms without having to take multiple shots.

Not sure why the devs made using the camera so stealthy, there’s no visual or audio feedback a photo has been taken. So I was taking multiple shots without knowing it had done the job. Could have at least had the button pulse or pop with animation. Taking it further, the screen could flash, and maybe supply a small preview of the photo just taken.

It’s not like I have a choice about which app I get to use when doing these things, so it stands to reason the bare minimum is what we got. Still, I hope some of these make it into the app.

Great app but keeps crashing

I have an iphone 12 mini fully updated and after doing several rooms for a tenant-supplied inspection with quite a few photos it now crashes each time i try to open it. Restarted phone and closed all background apps and it still refuses to open up. Very disappointing as the functionality was very user friendly before the crashing issue.

Not reliable

Appears simple but when photos don’t load it isn’t possible to save images to send outside of app. This resulted in inspection needing to be repeated a few weeks later which was an inconvenience.

Trouble uploading photos

Problems with this app. App times out while uploading photos, can’t adjust resolution of photos and most important doesn’t save them to Photos or a separate area of the app prior to upload. My 10min inspection took two hours of my time, reinstalled the app and finished emailing my agent directly. Must do better. Quick response from the help desk unfortunately with a classic IT crowd fix.

Won’t allow photo uploads

So frustrating! Clean, tidy and take photos and then the app won’t allow uploads. If the agent thinks that we are going to spend the time to alter the photos then they should just do the inspection in person. Longer process and more time wasted on doing the whole process again with the app.

Upload Photos from other device -missing

This app would have been better if:
-be able to upload photos from other source.( photo gallery, other camera)
-if the camera setting could be adjusted to take clearer camera. You want agents to have clearer photos? Then have an option to adjust, zoom, adjust lighting etc

Doesn’t accept photos from phone

I did all the cleaning and necessary inspection work. I took all the photos this weekend. Only to realise the app doesn’t accept photos from the phone. I haven’t altered any of the photos and they’re only a couple days old. Now I’ve to re-do everything. I’m sure there are ways to detect digitally altered photos. Just because the app can’t do that, doesn’t mean the photos aren’t legitimate.

Absolute Garbage

Constantly crashes and I can’t even upload multiple photos I’ve already taken, have to take each photo one by one. This app is nothing more than a lazy estates attempt to make tenants do their job.
