iOS 26 support: Connecting to your AirTouch for the first time now works on the first try. The app waits for you to allow Local Network access, then connects automatically. Clearer local network messages: If Local Network access is off, the app tells you how to turn it back on in your phone's Settings, instead of just saying "connection failed".

Won’t connect

Do NOT get the app. It will take your information and it won’t ever work again. I deleted and re-installed it. Still NO CONNECTION! Fix this issue. What a failure.

Won’t connect

Same as everyone other poor specimen unfortunate enough. To have a ZoneTouch 3. Worked fine for a year, now won’t connect to the app. Shocking.

I’ve had it installed less than 2 weeks and have already had to reinstall the app 3 times due to being unable to connect.
As another reviewer said 8 months ago, the app is not showing the ‘connect to local network’ setting required to continue operation.
