The latest update made the app unusable!
Since the latest update, can’t use the app properly
Not working since update
The app had an update early dec 2025. Now will not open on iPad. Until update the app has been working well. Notes in app say it’s a communication update. Well it’s all bad news!
Been using the app without issue for 4 years.
I’m not sure why others are having issues… I’ve been successfully using the app without issue for 4 years. I’d be guessing it’s more to do with their internet connections than the actual app itself. I absolutely love it! I can turn on and off my aircon from anywhere, from work, my car, even interstate! This app rocks!

Terrible app
Loose connection with main system and the. You have to shut down the system. And then you pray to good that it will come up without Mechnic.

Hi,
The airtouch3 app for iOS is faulty.
Even though in the same wifi network, it always asks for password to use it; the password is being asked each time using the app even after few minutes.
It’s supposed to work immediacy if in the same wifi network; password is supposed to be needed if outside local network.
Can you please fix this!
