This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. The app crashes after mobiles being upgraded to the latest iOS 8. The cause has been identified and the problem is resolved. The app can run on iOS 8.

Support aren’t interested

Been trying to get this to work on my iPhone and support just send me instruction booklets. None of it works and it’s obviously superseded seeing as the last app update was 10 years ago, so I guess it was a waste of money getting this included in my aircon installation.

Need to be updated!

App works but does not turn off AC unit. Operation via the Airtouch panel is flawless but App is not. Please update the App as some people still use the original Airtouch for its simplicity.

Again, I would never have purchased this AC system!! Stay away at all costs

Trouble with App but now works

The App worked intermittently for 2 years and now doesn’t work at all. It was very frustrating.

To fix it - I deleted the App from my iphone, restarted my iphone and then reinstalled. It works perfectly now.
