I’ve had it installed less than 2 weeks and have already had to reinstall the app 3 times due to being unable to connect.

Atrocious! Your App does not work
Same as previous review. No option to change settings to allow local network access connection troubleshooting. Will only connect to app if you tell controller to forget the wifi network and then reconnect to same network. Pointless app

Connected for few days and can not even find the device even though it’s still connected to same wif
Very bad. Connected for few days cannot find device after that even though connected to same wifi. Uninstalled the app and download back again and still unable to find the device very bad experience
Connection issues
App would connect for the last 9 months and now suddenly it isn’t connecting even though it’s on the same wifi already. I tried re-installing the app and now its privacy settings don’t even have the option to connect to a local network. Really frustrating as I need to access it remotely when dealing with my newborn…

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
My husband downloaded this app to connect to our new TouchZone 3 system. While using the app it started glitching and froze his iPhone, so badly that he couldn’t even do a factory reset. I have never seen this happen with any apps before. He’s phone is completely destroyed and now has to buy a new one. I will never be using this app or any others by the company.

Zero Connection Ability
Same issues as everyone else. If you’re more than 10 metres away from the box on the wall you have no hope of changing any settings via the app. Sometimes if I mash the refresh button I’ll get it to locate the device in under 5 minutes. That’s when it works well. Most of the time it’s just unable to find my AC device unless I’m close enough to it that I might as well go straight to the panel. 0/10

This app is very limited in its functionality.
The connection is glitchy and will work for a week or so then not be able to connect. However if we happen to have a power failure it works again when power is restored , for a short while at least . Very frustrating app.

FIX CONNECTION ISSUE ASAP
Asking me to connect with the same local wifi BUT doesn’t work. Does anyone monitor this app????
Wifi Connection Error
The same issues as many other reviews. Cannot connect to device via app. Cannot remove wifi access or reset device. Very frustrating.

this was working fine for a few months but all of a sudden stopped working / same issue as others reviewing. i note that the help text says to check in settings that local device discovery is turned on, but i don’t have this option there. this app needs to be updated to request this permission (last updated 2 years ago)

Wifi connection
I can see any wifi connection list, I can’t update any wifi connection. It says connected to wifi but no device is found. Frustrating. Going to uninstall the app.
