This app always logs me out, and then won’t let me log back in.
I had high hopes
This has the potential to be a great system. The problem is that the app continues to crash. Info is lost. You have to constantly sync but that doesn't guarantee anything. Support says to call but they don't answer. Too much trouble to constantly call when you are trying to work. I keep getting told an update should help. If one comes it doesn't help. Buyer's remorse!

This app has stopped working on my iPhone.. won’t let me answer the questions at all , freezes and app stops working altogether after it freezes.
Needs to have app remote Bluetooth support for scanners..
There needs to be support to be able to remotely activate a Bluetooth scanner device from the app, when using a scan device on a stick to scan high up barcodes and not have to get a ladder to scan high areas.

Although we don't have a scanner that connects to a selfie stick, we do have long-range bluetooth scanner options that you can connect to your iPad or iPhone for scanning emergency lights on the ceiling. We have more information about the compatible devices on our website.
