They just announced they are adding Ai. Any company that’s looking for this kind of service as a go between for office staff and field inspectors look elsewhere this will be terrible I’m sure.
Language
This app is very good, but it would be much better if they added other languages.
EZInspections is better
Junk service. This software is outdated and full of bugs. Customer service is also lacking. You and your company will be happier with EZInspections.com. Plus EZ is cheaper and you get better service
Scam company
This company collects the information of vendors and sells it to third party companies. They were caught recently when they sold a list of names and email addresses to another company

CEO is snarky, never accepts feature requests or addresses bugs until it hits his purse.
5 years have been reporting clients fraudulently manipulating orders by reassigning them after they are completed and uploaded. This encourages shady clients to rip off its vendors.
Camera Zoom broken for ages. Never fixed.
Android version is a joke.
We used to use InspectorADE almost exclusively and now only use it when absolutely last resort.

Too much depends on who loads properties
They’re obviously copying from templates, but NOBODY CHECKS the templates for relevance and accuracy.
Too many different requirements for same type of inspection.
Should be able to undelete.

Disappointed
I’m finally was able to login after a full work day and now I’m unable to see my jobs and create a profile.
Pictures
Can you update the app so you can retrieve the pictures you have deleted. Sometimes you make a mistake a delete a needed picture. There should be a way to go back.
Solid
Way better than EZ and light years ahead of INSPI inspectoreade takes a similar approach with aspen proof of services like other apps but by far I won’t be disappointed ever from these guys
Used to be great
Used to be fast to enter info and label pics, now too many questions, utility’s questions are too long on an occupied property, no uniformity in pics never know how many of each you need, what is posting pic when occupied? I used to prefer this app but EZ is now easier to use and I use both.
My favorite App
Love the ease of use....quick inspection procedure reduces time on site allowing to get in and out without a lot of ruffled feathers. Idea to improve: have the filter search bar at the top stay at the top header when you scroll down through the jobs
Please update!
Please allow the use of third party GPS like Apple maps or Waze. Also the camera lags when taking multiple photos.
Late orders and future starts date orders
It would be nice if the late orders and the future start date order, can be different colors. (Maybe the blue color for the future start date orders). Thank you!

Issues
Trouble seeing photos while labeling, required photos list is separated and not together at the top of list. Steps to finish orders seems difficult considering changing pages(screens) has to happen. No indicator to show order has been fulfilled to clients satisfaction.
InspectorADE is the best!
