Love new credit feature!
I absolutely love that I can now monitor my credit score within my banking app! I don’t need to use multiple apps anymore!

Great service and reliability
Stops working
It will be fine for a couple weeks then all the sudden I can’t log into the app and just asks me to log in. I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work. Yes I did download the update. This has been happening for a while now.
Lazy development
Such a bare bones app don’t listen to the fake reviews. Doenst help you track spending or even tell you locations you spend money at some times. You have to calculate the money you had from previous purchases because the app doesn’t track it for you like most banks. If you want to just see your transactions with no information about them and just see how much money you have at the top of your screen this is the perfect app for you.

New App
App is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Can look at all of your accounts with ease and can also put transactions into buckets for budgeting purposes. Really convenient.

The previous app was ok, but the new one has a much more updated look, it’s easier to navigate, and has some new features. Even without Zelle you can still make person 2 person payments which is nice!
Get your **** together
Every time this bank changes something nothing ever works! Having to re-enroll for online banking is ridiculous and then on top of it after you do so it won’t let me sign in 🤬. You should’ve just left it the way it was there is nothing wrong don’t try to fix what’s not broken!!!! I have been a member for many years and I’m considering changing I’m so sick of this bank!

Love the update!
The update is so much better than the old version. It’s clear and easier to navigate. I’m always hesitant with updates because I often feel they’re glitchy, but this one was worth it!
Terrible, Bad service, and unfixed issues
I called multiple times over 3 years, app hasn’t worked since 2020, said they’d submit report and get it fixed within 3 months, it’s been 36 months. Really disappointing, ruins the convenience.
What is wrong with this app?
The only thing missing is Zelle

Doesn’t Work
Every time I try to log in, the screen goes white/blank and I can’t do anything. Having the app would be convenient, I hope this can get fixed. I have tried it multiple times but after I get the code the same thing happens again and again.

New user that can’t even create a log in
I just downloaded this app. It won’t even let me create a log in. It just gives two places for user name and password.
Useless
App worked just fine until I upgraded my phone to a newer version of the same exact phone and now when I put my login in info in the app says it will send a pass code and it never sends a passcode. Can’t login can’t use it
