They provide the worst service ever. Their management is hiding and not solving any issues. They will grab your money and provide zero services
No job is complete!
For the last three or more of the bookings I did, the team comes and works halfway then leave saying we will send you a quotation! That never happens. Not happy with the way this company works.

Takes very long time to get any report or quotation. Stay away from them if you can.

Apart from promises to fix certain jobs 8 months ago after they were identified during a PPM, I’m still waiting.
Yesterday reported a small drip from a pipe that needed attention. Maintenance team came cut the pipe off to fix it and then apologised saying the did not have the materials to fix it. Saying they would come back the next day they left with the water turned off. I went to work the next day leaving everything accessible, the team came to fix the job ( max time needed was 30 minutes). They got a call saying VIP villa needs a job done and told to leave my job (Still no water) and attend the other job. After several calls and several unfulfilled promises i got the small drip fixed but suffered 36 hours without water. Wish I just left the drip!
Customer facing team blaming management saying they can’t complain about process as they will lose their jobs. This whole team and process are poorly managed. A review of the process is needed as nobody will take responsibility or ownership for such poor service.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Do not get any package with them and get any maintenance regarding the problem you face. They take weeks to solve a problem and the technicians dont know how to analyze the problem. Expensive for nothing.

If their team come to check the issue.. then you need to wait ages for Khidmah to provide you the quotation! I just realized that I can call any plumber to solve the issue. It’s ready disappointing and no need to waste your money to buy any maintenance package from them

It is not advisable to use the Service due to lack of transparency and knowledge, their Amos to generate revenues

No otp. Can’t register
No otp was sent to create an account. Just created a loop. The call center won’t create a booking so I guess I have to find another maintenance provider.
Can’t even create an account
What I’ve come to expect from Khidmah over the years. I never received an OTP during the account creation process, and can’t reset my password or edit my profile details which are incorrect. Basically a complete waste of time.
