From what I can tell, the whole service is basically a scam. Ordered product, never got a proper receipt to track it and never received what I ordered.

We bought Christmas presents in November 20th 2025, it is January 4th and still nothing, they don’t answer or anything $179 waisted.

I thought I’d try something different for holiday shopping. Ordered a coffee pot for my daughter. Two weeks have passed. I have no shipping information, no idea when or if I’ll ever get my order. Customer support keeps responding to my messages with ”don’t worry”. Seriously shady. Don’t even try it. They’ll just take your money.

I dealt with a lot of people and your type of work and I never had a problem of returns and refund. You’re the only company that does it and they do the same thing you do. So you need to make sure the people know that y’all can’t do your job.

This marketplace is a scam project. They do not pay money to sellers who have sent their goods to customers. I sold my goods in March 2024 and did not receive my honestly earned money by February 2025. Support responds with standard emails. I know about 200 sellers who have also been delayed in payments since March 2024.
