Cashify is much better
I had a very disappointing experience with InstaCash. They took almost two weeks just to arrange a pickup for my iPhone 12 Mini, even though I had already provided all the details about the phone in advance. Despite that, they kept asking for the same information again and again, which felt unprofessional and frustrating.
After the long delay, they suddenly reduced the quoted price, claiming the battery health was 77%. I had clearly mentioned the condition before, but they still used it as an excuse to cut the value. When I refused the unfairly reduced price, they cancelled my order without even asking or informing me properly.
Overall, the process was slow, unreliable, and lacked transparency. If you value your time and want a smooth selling experience, I would not recommend using InstaCash.

A good app which needs serious improvement on customer support and process clarity
It helped me sell my old iPhone with much better offer than other apps . They have excellent in App diagnostic tools which help you to confirm device Heath. Payment was quick just within few hours of pickup- after I asked them about it (important to know )..
Areas to improve- quick customer support and easy to reach phone lines are needed . Even after diagnosis, they want phone images sent via email or whatsapp. Then actual valuation happens which is acceptable. I was not aware that phone will first be picked up by third party courier service and then payment would happen. So pickup dates and other details ain’t shown in app. I had to keep it asking to customer support, which was busy always. This process clarity is expected. But overall it was smooth experience! Value offered is good and fast . Thats all we need .

Honestly had a lil bit bad experience at the beginning because after all diagnosis of my phone they initiated the pickup but later pacman canceled the pickup . I had to place the pickup order again by doing all the diagnosis from the start , later within 24 hours the pickup was initiated and the delivery guy came to pick up the phone (payment will be done after 2-3 hours of the pickup . Here you don’t have to worry about the scam ) they will take time to make the payment by 2-3 hours after the pickup and THEY STICK TO THE QUTOED PRICE unlike cashify or other apps where they bargain after quoting the price . Overall was a very good experience selling my phone at a good price . Im satisfied thank you insta cash .

Fraud app and service
This is complete fraud application and service. To stand out from competitors they will offer good amount for the mobile on app. But after evaluation they will offer around 70% less for absolutely no reason. In my case they offered me 26k after the application showed around 36k. Customer care would stop taking your call as well to explain the reason for discrepancy.
Would recommend to stay away from this service to save your precious time and effort.
